Our Leadership

Meet the leaders of Destiny Church. We are built on Five-Fold Ministry, spiritual authority, servant-hearted teamwork, and the presence of God. Every leader is a son or daughter first — called to equip, serve, and release others into their Kingdom assignment.

We Don’t Follow Titles — We Follow Jesus.

At Destiny Church, leadership isn’t about position — it’s about posture. It’s not about control — it’s about calling. It’s not about climbing ladders — it’s about laying down our lives.

We believe in Spirit-led, biblically grounded, relationally healthy leadership that reflects the character and culture of Jesus. We honor spiritual authority, walk in alignment, and multiply sons and daughters who are equipped to carry the weight of ministry with purity, passion, and purpose.

Our leadership structure follows a Five-Fold Ministry model, based on Ephesians 4:11–13 — not for hierarchy, but for health. We believe when each ministry gift is functioning in alignment, the Body of Christ grows into maturity, power, and unity.

Lead Pastor

Gregory Bartram – Lead Pastor & Visionary Shepherd

Gregory Bartram is the founding and lead pastor of Destiny Church. He carries a dual mantle of apostolic vision and pastoral shepherding, with a burning passion to see people encounter God’s presence, be transformed by His power, and walk in their divine destiny.

With decades of ministry experience, Gregory is known for his uncompromising preaching, prophetic insight, and heart for sons and daughters. As the spiritual father of Destiny Church, he leads with prayerful boldness, humility, and an unwavering commitment to revival.

He is the primary preacher, chief vision carrier, and overseer of all spiritual, doctrinal, and directional matters within the church. He is also the founder of Kingdom Tribe Network, raising up leaders and equipping churches regionally and beyond.

Elders

Guardians of the Vision. Shepherds of the House.

Our Elders serve as a spiritual covering and accountability structure for Destiny Church. They are mature, Spirit-filled men who walk in humility, wisdom, and discernment. Their role is not to manage day-to-day decisions, but to pray, protect, and provide spiritual oversight for the health of the house.

Elders serve alongside the Lead Pastor to:

  • Guard doctrine and integrity

  • Provide pastoral counsel and wisdom

  • Protect the unity of the church

  • Lay hands on new leaders and ministers

  • Help steward vision in a Spirit-led, unified manner

Deacons

Servant Leaders. Bridge Builders. Practical Pillars.

Our Deacons serve the body by meeting practical needs, facilitating unity, and ensuring ministry happens with excellence behind the scenes. They are men and women of character, compassion, and humility who love to serve and carry the burdens of the house with joy.

Deacons at Destiny Church assist with:

  • Pastoral care

  • Facility support

  • Benevolence and crisis response

  • Hospitality + service logistics

  • Supporting the overall flow of church life

Team Leaders + Ministry Coordinators

Equippers. Disciplers. Culture Carriers.

Our Team Leaders oversee specific ministry departments — Kids, Worship, Outreach, Media, Youth, etc. They disciple volunteers, run logistics, train new team members, and carry the heartbeat of Destiny’s culture into every area of service.

They are not just doers — they are builders, developing leaders under them and creating environments where people are transformed while serving.

Volunteers

The Hands and Heart of the House.

Our volunteers are not just helpers — they are ministers. Every person who serves at Destiny is part of the leadership culture. From the parking lot to the pulpit, every role matters. Every hand is holy. Every task is sacred.

Volunteers don’t just contribute — they build the Kingdom every time they serve.

Leadership Values

We Lead From the Altar. We Lead From the Secret Place.

At Destiny Church, leadership flows from:

  • Presence before position

  • Obedience over ambition

  • Humility over hype

  • Family before function

  • Purity, prayer, and power

  • Character over charisma

We don’t just raise leaders — we raise sons and daughters. And when the time is right, we release them to build, lead, and multiply for the glory of God.
